Jay Cutler Refuses Sobriety Test in Newly-Released Police Body-Cam Footage from His DUI Arrest
Newly released police body-cam footage has shed light on former NFL quarterback
Jay Cutler's October 2024 DUI arrest in Franklin, Tennessee. The video captures
Cutler initially denying alcohol consumption, later admitting to "a little bit," and
refusing a field sobriety test. Officers discovered two firearms in his vehicle,
leading to charges of DUI, illegal weapon possession while intoxicated, and other
offenses. Cutler pleaded guilty to DUI, resulting in a four-day jail sentence, a $350
fine, and one-year unsupervised probation. The weapon charge was dismissed after
he forfeited the firearms. His driver's license was revoked, and he was ordered to
attend a DUI safety class. The other driver involved in the crash has filed a lawsuit
seeking $250,000 in damages. (نيويورك بوست)
